Can AirPods fast forward?

You can fast forward using AirPods 1 and 2 by double-tapping on one of the AirPods. You can’t fast forward using AirPods 3 or AirPods Pro. However, this is not a feature that most people miss.

There are other options for fast forwarding. You can fast forward by saying “Hey Siri, fast forward 20 seconds” or you can do it manually on your device.
