  1. Pair both of the AirPods to the Macbook’s Bluetooth the normal way.
  2. Go to finder -> Applications -> utilities -> Audio MIDI Setup
  3. Click the “+” icon at the bottom left
  4. Click “Create Multi-output device”
  5. Click the box next to the AirPods below “Use”. They should both show a blue tick.
  6. Click the box next to one of the AirPods that says “Drift correction”
  7. Open finder -> Applications -> System preferences
  8. Click “Sound”
  9. Click “Output”
  10. Click the Multi-output device that you just created
