Do you have to connect AirPods every time?

As an AirPods owner, I know how frustrating it can be to have to connect your AirPods every time you want to use them. After countless attempts to figure out why I was having this problem, I decided to do some research and testing to try and resolve it. In this blog post, I’m going to share how I managed to fix the issue and other solutions I discovered along the way.

Once you have initially paired your AirPods to your devices, they should automatically connect in the future. For non-Apple devices, you may need to manually click on the AirPods in your Bluetooth settings.

Quick Tips:
– After the initial pairing, AirPods should auto-connect.
– For non-Apple devices, manually connect in Bluetooth.
– Apple devices have automatic switching for active devices.

Do you have to connect AirPods every time?

Once you have initially paired your AirPods with your device, you will not need to re-pair your AirPods with that device again unless you reset your AirPods or forget them on your device.

Once they have been initially paired, your AirPods should automatically connect to your device when you open the case.

Apple devices have an automatic switching feature. This feature connects the AirPods to the Apple device that you are actively using.

Sometimes, it will do it without asking you and sometimes it will display a pop-up asking if you want to connect your AirPods.

For non-Apple devices such as Android, AirPods usually pair automatically after they have been paired for the first time.

However, you may have to click on them in the Bluetooth settings sometimes.

Also, if you have an Apple device nearby, your AirPods will automatically connect to that device first, so it will be necessary for you to connect to the AirPods by clicking on them on your Android’s or PC’s Bluetooth settings.

To connect your AirPods for the first time, do the following:
